| Higa is the gym leader of Pocillo Gym
Higa is famous for his hot-temper and caring personality. He and his Pokemon always end up destroying something, be it their gym or the towns/cities they visit.
Upon beating him in a battle, Higa will throw a tantrum and storm off, leaving his assistants to give the challenger the Ahi Badge and the HM move, Traverse.
Higa uses the move "Heat", which raises the attack and Sp. attack of the user, but then burns them.
