Seven Sacred Pools

About This is as far as you can go along Route 9 now, but is probably one of the more magnificent sites along the route. It consists of seven pools connected by waterfalls running down the mountain and into the open sea. At the best of times the pools are full and the falls gloriously furious, however there are dry spells that occur where the pools are low and the falls nonexistent. Though you may be tempted to swim in the pools during these dry spells, its extremely dangerous as flash floods can occur and sweep you out to sea. The pools are considered sacred because they are said to be filled with the tears of some mythical Pokémon.
